This approach could sometimes omit active users due to client configuration limits, local network restrictions, or missing client-side telemetry packets. With this update, Copilot usage reports now incorporate server-side telemetry in addition to client signals. This change ensures that a much higher percentage of active Copilot users are accurately represented in your organization's administrative reports. Administrators can expect to see more complete and reliable usage statistics reflecting actual usage patterns. The update applies automatically to enterprise usage reports.
